Rules and Restrictions
*Minimum flight time is 1 hour
All flights must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance. An email confirmation will be sent to you after booking with more information about the flight. No walk-ins are allowed.
Passengers who don't show up for their scheduled flight will be charged the full amount of their tour.
Salt Lake Heli Tours requires a 72 hour cancellation notification by phone or email or your payment is forfeit.
No refunds will be provided if a passenger is unable to board due to drugs or alcohol.
Salt Lake Heli Tours reserves the right to cancel, adjust flights, or remove passenger(s) prior to departure if necessary.
Policies and Weather
Flight routes and destinations may be changed due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel flights on short notice (less than 24 hours) for your safety and ours. Salt Lake Heli Tours is not responsible for your travel expenses in the event of such a cancellation. Flights cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled with no expiration.

Ages, passenger restrictions, and what to bring…
*290 pounds is the weight allowance for any one passenger. In order to fly children must be legally allowed to ride in a car without a carseat.Passengers should wear warm but not bulky clothing and secure shoes (no flip flops). Hats and loose headwear are prohibited. Headphones are provided for each passenger.
The helicopters are heated for year-round heli tours.
